When We Share Information

We may share relevant information with the following parties. Information submitted with an offer may be shared with the seller even though the buyer is not represented by SNJL. Do not submit information you are not authorized to provide.

• Sellers: Buyer identity, purchasing-entity details, proposed terms, and supporting information reasonably needed to consider an offer or complete a transaction.
• Authorized representatives and transaction professionals: Agents, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, closing professionals, and others involved in your request or transaction.
• Service providers: Companies supporting hosting, email delivery, account verification, document storage, electronic signatures, payment processing, security, and other platform functions.
• Legal and regulatory authorities: When required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, investigate suspected unlawful activity, or protect legal rights.
• A business successor: In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

Identification and Financial Documents

Identification and financial documents are used for verification, property-access requirements, offer review, and transaction purposes. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes. These documents are not intended for public display or access by unrelated platform users. Provide only the information requested. Unless specifically necessary, redact unrelated account activity and unnecessary sensitive details before uploading financial documents. Never provide bank-login credentials through platform messages or document uploads.

Payments

Membership payments are processed through the payment provider identified at checkout. That provider’s privacy policy explains its handling of payment information. SNJL maintains billing and subscription records needed to administer membership, address payment issues, and meet recordkeeping obligations. Payment authorization is obtained separately from acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The platform may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sign-in sessions, remember preferences, protect accounts, and understand platform performance. You can manage cookies through your browser and any controls provided on the platform. Blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in or other functions. Communications and Your Choices

You may receive account-verification messages, access instructions, offer updates, billing notices, renewal reminders, and other service communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the instructions provided in those emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account, billing, or transaction communications. Keep your contact information current so we can reach you about your account and transactions.

Information Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including account administration, transactions, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Retention depends on the information involved and applicable requirements. Closing an account does not necessarily delete transaction records, signed agreements, billing records, or records of accepted terms. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or de-identified under our retention procedures, subject to backup cycles and legal preservation requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, storage system, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Keep your account credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access promptly to info@soldnotjustlisted.com.

Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests

Contact info@soldnotjustlisted.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about closing your account. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Some information must be retained for legal, transaction, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Deleting an account does not cancel a signed purchase agreement. To stop membership renewals, use the cancellation process described in the Terms of Use or contact us for assistance.

Property listings and documents may link to outside websites. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies. Review their policies before providing personal information.

Age Requirements

The platform is intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information through the platform.

Policy Updates

We will post updates with a revised effective date and provide additional notice or request consent when required by law.
