Membership Details
Your initial access includes three offer submissions per individual buyer or business. You will not be charged unless you choose to subscribe.
Monthly price
After the initial three offer submissions, membership is $54.99 per month to continue accessing property information and submitting new offers.
Offer count
Offers on distinct properties count. Drafts, corrections, and counter-offers do not count again. Creating another account does not reset the offer count.
Renewal and cancellation
Membership renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel in your portal. Before checkout is enabled, SNJL must publish its approved refund policy and clearly show the first charge date, renewal schedule, cancellation effect, and any separate brokerage compensation or transaction fees.
